We made our box rail hardware kits to solve two problems: heavy duty industrial doors need strong enough hardware to hold them up, and they need to move easily and safely. We couldn't find a box rail kit that fit the bill, so we engeneered our own.
We make our Box Rail Kits with the utmost attention to detail. We make our trolley hangers in stainless steel with ball bearings and high-quality polymer wheels. Traditional box rails are extruded through roller dies. We have ours individually bent to our specifications on a metal bending brake to create super crisp corners and perfect samples. These features make the system roll smoothly, even if the door is heavy. It rolls so smoothly you can push the door open with virtually no effort. So it's an accessible and easy-to-operate sliding hardware solution to everyone.
Every kit we ship include a pair of End Stop to ensure your door stays on track. We also include End Covers for the end of the rails for a concise and polished look.
And if you choose the soffit mount option, we designed ours, so they're super easy to install.

As the name suggests, the Box Rail 600 can hold doors up to 600 lbs and is available in two high-quality finishes: powdeard coated Black, Galvanized Steel. We also offer special finish ptions upon request!

Single Door (most common application): Single Door installed on a single track. Compatible with Soffit Mount and Side Mount
Cascading Doors:three or more doors in an opening, multiple tracks. The lead door opens first. Compatible with Soffit Mount only.
Bi-parting Doors: Two doors meet at the center of the opening and open by sliding to opposite directions (one to the left and one to the right). Compatible with Soffit and Side Mount.
Bi-parting Cascading:Doors that meed in the center of the opening with multiple doors on each side. Compatible with Soffit and Side Mount.
Bypassing Doors:Two or more doors in an opening, each door with its individual tracks. Doors open by sliding in front of each other. Perfect for projects with a large opening and limited wall space.
For a single door, multiply your door width by two for ideal track length. Example: For a 3' wide barn door, you'd need at least a 6' barn door hardware kit.
For bi-parting doors, you'll need to add the width of both doors together, then multiply that sum by two. Example: For two 3' wide bi-parting doors, you would need a 12' track. When you are making your selections in the menu, change "quantity of doors on track" to the correct amount so we can send you all the hangers and extra hardware you'll need.
For bypassing doors, you’ll need one of our bypassing barn door hardware kit.
Wall Mounted:For wall-mounted single doors, double the width of the door to determine the rail length you will need. For example, if you have a 3'W door, you will need a minimum of 6' of track. For help determining the amount of track you will need for your application, please call us.
Soffit (ceiling) Mounted:For doors that are soffit mounted within the opening, measure the opening width. Choose the rail size that is larger than the opening (see the "Actual Rail Lengths" chart below)--the rail can be cut onsite to exactly fit the opening size.
