Shipping & Returns

Lead Time

For stock items, our lead time from order to ship date is 2-4 business days. Special Order items such as (but not limited to) custom track lengths and special finishes have a 2-3 week lead time.

Shipping

We ship all over the United States and Canada. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and are calculated in the shopping cart.

For international shipping quotes, please send us an email for a custom quote. Note to International customers: duties, taxes or other customs brokerage charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in shipping charges.

Return Policy

Return Policy: All hardware returns must be made within 30 days from date of receipt. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours. No returns accepted without prior authorization. All returned goods must be accompanied by your invoice and are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Returns cannot be accepted if they have been installed. Special Order items such as (but not limited to) special finishes and/or custom lengths are non-cancelable/non-returnable.
