Q: How is my door guided at the bottom?
A: All of our kits come standard with a concealed T-Guide (click here for more info). We also have a C-Guide option that doesn't require modifying the door bottom.

Q: What are Lag Bolts? Do I need them?
A: Lag bolts are used to attach the track to the wall. We have lags that match black, oil rubbed bronze, and stainless steel finishes.

Q: How much clearance do I need above the door?
A: It depends on the hardware style you choose. Please see technical information page and download the cut sheets for clearances.

Q: Can I order a custom track length or custom hole patterns?
A: Yes! Call or email for a custom quote.

Q: Can the track attach directly to sheetrock?
A: Yes, but sheetrock alone will not support the weight of the track. Wooden blocking must be installed beneath the sheetrock to support the track and door. Alternatively, you may fasten a board to the wall, and mount the track to the board.

Q: How much should my door overlap the opening?
A: Typical overlap would be about 1" on each side of your opening.

Q: Do you ship internationally? Do you ship to Australia?
A: Yes, we can ship internationally. Shipping for a flat track kit without the rail would start at about $70 (Sydney, Australia). Call us for a quote!
